John Paul beatification

I just wanted to include this to show that there are still signs of the beatification from last weekend. There are also banners with his photo lining the streets. I think we took a photo of that. If I can find it, I'll include it.
We were exhausted yesterday after all that walking through the Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's. Then we had a terrible bus ride back to the hotel, and we collapsed when we got to our room. We took a long nap before getting ready for dinner.
Now today I'm off schedule. I couldn't sleep past 4 a.m., and my shins and calves are sore. I thought I was in better shape than that, but I guess walking over cobblestones and up and down stairs will do that to you.
More walking today: I think we're going to the Pantheon, and we have a reservation for 1:00 at the Borghese Gallery. I also really want to go to the church (I can't remember the name of it right now) that has the Bernini sculpture of "St. Teresa in Ecstasy"). So, we still have a lot more to see here. Not to mention that before we leave Rome we want to see the Trevi Fountain at night, and the Spanish Steps.
